The brief for this project was to maximise the feeling of spaciousness in an existing californian bungalow.
Chadwick Architects reconfigured the existing layout and created a further bedroom, separate laundry and toilet and a luxurious bathroom.
The rear addition provides a light filled living kitchen and dining space with a direct connection to the garden and deck beyond.
