Heritage Renovations and Additions

Our design for this heritage Californian Bungalow in the Glencairn Estate, Coburg, reimagines family living while respecting the home’s historic character. Sensitive to the heritage overlay and surrounding streetscape, the renovation preserves the original form while introducing light-filled contemporary spaces through tall windows, skylights, and a minimal, timeless material palette.

Inside, the master suite features custom joinery with a dedicated dressing area, study nook, and a refined ensuite of terrazzo, timber, and stone. The design balances heritage sensitivity with modern amenity, creating a home that is both practical and enduring for our clients and their family.
