Chadwick Architects design for the Beatrice St Residence was for a new home for a young family who had aspirations for an original and bespoke piece of architecture that reflected their own style. The design for the home incorporates a simple and refined palette of materials of brick, aluminium and glass which provides a feeling of solidity and timelessness in a contemporary way. The home is orientated around a courtyard pool which provides moments of magic and excitement throughout all seasons and extends the feeling of space and light beyond the interior.
